Age 12U-15U are very key times for individual gains. Specific workouts should focus on performing all offensive skill building exercises at game speed for multiple reps. Our players will compete in a setting where the regimen is balanced between competitive skill building and in-game competition. Defensively, players should work on their ability to defend with tenacity. There will be 8 teams that form from these age groups. Players will receive 96 hours of practices and 40+ games.
Weekly Practice - 1.5 hr

8 tournaments (March - June)
