WE ARE ATLANTA'S PREMIER YOUTH BASKETBALL CLUB
Basketball is the driver and through sport we mentor and build quality relationships with the students and parents involved in our program. We believe in always preparing for opportunity, not complaining or pointing the finger, and never taking plays off. Comprised of enthusiastic basketball minds who love to teach the game at all levels and instructed by coaches who demand the game to be played the right way, TNBC is the place for players who desire to be pushed to play hard, play smart, and improve each rep.

BUILDING THE BASKETBALL FOUNDATION
Prep ages 7-8 (2011/2010 born)
This age group is purely about the development of basic basketball skills - ball handling, proper layup technique, court awareness, spacing, and the rules of the game. Limited gameplay at this group. Skill growth is only priority.
INSTILLING COMPETITION AND REGIMEN
Juniors ages 9-11 (2009/2008/2007 born)
Competition and training at game speed becomes an essential element of the learning process.
Players will put basic skills to test in a competitive environment and be responsible for taking personal accountability for development. The next tier of skill set must be acquired here. Players will be tested on mechanics and consistency.
There will be 3-5 teams that form in the junior division.
BOOSTING THE RIGOR.
Rising Cadets ages 12-14
These are very key times for individual gains. Specific workouts will focus on performing all offensive skill building exercises at game speed for multiple reps. Our players will compete in a setting where the regimen is balanced between competitive skill building and in-game competition. We will also focus body; Flexibility, injury prevention, + pylometrics. Defensively, players will be challenged to defend with tenacity and guard their position.
Raising the stakes
Cadets ages 15-18
Teams are comprised of the best players in that are eligible for Varsity competition. 20 players total make up this group seasonally. Team practices and work out weekly and compete in 2 college viewing periods at the 16/17u slot. We continue our focus on building skills. At this point we consult with players in regards to their on court role, navigating exposure opportunities and challenging against the best players in their age group.
